The Role

We're looking for a sharp, analytical operator to build our finance function from the ground up. You'll own all finance, administration, and operations, so everything that's not product and customer-facing work.

This is a hybrid role perfect for someone with a investment banking, VC or startup background who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You'll work directly with the founders, building financial models, shaping strategy, and engaging with world-class investors.

As Camu scales, this role will evolve into a core finance leadership position.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale our FP&A function from zero
• Establish budgeting, forecasting, and reporting frameworks that guide key decisions
• Partner with founders on company strategy, operating model, and capital allocation
• Own financial visibility: cash flow, runway, and unit economics
• Lead administrative and operational processes (payroll, legal, accounting, procurement)
• Manage external accounting and legal partners
• Support investor relations, board materials, and fundraising preparation
• Hire and develop a finance team as the company grows
• Jump in wherever the team needs help

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar
• FP&A, business analysis, or financial leadership experience, ideally at high-growth companies
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations
